[Resolved] OYO — refund not received even after 5 weeks

I made a booking with oyo rooms for 20th october at pondicherry. Due to unavailability of room by the time i completed my transaction, the booking status moved to unprocessed. I contacted them on the same day and they said that a refund would be processed within 7-14 days. I have called multiple times and sent and received multiple emails in which they keep saying two things - "refund initiated" and "7-14 days". It's the 26th of november today and i haven't received a refund. My booking id is uczw6792 and my booking amount is rs. 2253. This is outright stealing from customers.

Updated by Dishant Sheth It is now almost 7 weeks in and I havent received the refund. If the refund is not received by 9th December EOD, I'll be filing a case in the consumer court first thing monday morning. And rest assured, i am never making a booking with Oyo again. The company must feel shameful of its terrible customer service.
I have booked room on 16th bu the date wrongly selected and not checked in amount is deducted from my Lazy pay account. Request you to check and refund my money immediately.
