Hi, my name is Mrs Raunaq Shah. My husband booked a room at oyo under the name of Mr Nirav Shah(RMN-[protected]) for one day i.e the 20th March 2019 only so that we could spend some quality time with our 4 year old. It was at the holiday heaven resort near mansarovar Jaipur. On check in we got to know that there would be no food availability as the kitchen was under renovation...as we only had one day as holiday we ignore. Then we we're given a room with scraped walls, no working tv, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, soiled towels, no bathroom amenities...not even soap except a used one. We ignored the rest n requested for bathroom cleaning. Only the towels got replaced n the floor moped. The tub, bucket n pot remained as it is. We ended up spending 3000 extra on snacks, meals n recreation for our kid as we had to stack up food due to lack of kitchen n abscence of any kinda green surroundings like shown in the picture on the site made us look for a play place for the kid. Instead o[censored]s lazing in the hotel we were hunting for food, searching for play place for the kid...in short wasted nearly 4 hours.
Next, we were promised complimentary breakfast and assured by the receptionist to be provided but he backed off in the morning. There was no hot water to bathe as the geyser stopped working. He conveniently said, I'll open you another room there is nothing more I can do.
The staff was not only unprofessional but just didn't care. For anything you say very easily would say, complain kar do. Yeh koi 5 star hotel nahin hai. Hum Kya karein. They didn't even try to be helpful. No hospitality at all.
Why doesn't oyo look into your rooms before booking. We just wanted a simple room with basics on a 24 hour holiday. Can't you provide us with a relaxing 24 hours. We paid you n we're treated as if we were staying for free at a Sarai. It was very insulting n stressing. If you don't want to work close the hotel. If there is nothing there y dosent oyo let us know. Y cheat. We wasted both our time n money. I request you please look into the matter and do the needful. It was our first time with oyo n that too was bad. I tried calling in twice at your service centers, the first time the lady wanted to put me on hold...I refused n asked her to call me back which she didn't. The second time another one just hung up. You aren't doing me a favor... I paid for my stay n I got nothing but a bed n ac. Even the wardrobe walls were scraped.
Feels really disgusted to have wasted my precious holiday by trusting oyo. Would request you to please look into the matter n get back to us on our e mail I'd [protected]@gmail.com/ [protected]@yahoo.com
