We have already booked a hotel in kodaikonal through oyo website on 13th aug (Oyo 14261 tanzanite inn) for 18th aug-20thaug. As we are three girls in the trip, we booked for hotel on a trusted site like oyo. Once we reached the hotel, we got to know that our booking has been changed to a lower grade property with lesser prize which is completed different from our booking.
The degraded property is pretty bad and not suitable to stay for girls. We kept on calling customer care about the same issue 7-8 times from 18th aug 21:00pm - 20th aug 2:00 am for a proper solution. Everytime the call is getting disconneted and i have never expected such a patetic service from oyo, which is a well know brand for hotel booking.
Having faced all this (Which a record of mails received from oyo) we have decided to log a complaint in consumer forum expecting proper explanation and warning oyo not to repeat this again with anyone.
Because of oyo, we girls were stading on roads from 18th aug 21:00pm - 19th aug 2:00am in an unknown city without any clue about our booking.
