This is very ridiculous service i ever seen, very shameful for oyo
just because of your own benefit you come up to very discussting dsatisfied service

"Oyo 27938 hotel comfort inn"
I booked this on 28/04/2019
booking id: YRFV5974
case is when i booked hotel that "Couple friendly" option was there
but when i visited they updated that option and they not allowed me to check-in

Day by day oyo become cheap with service and very discussting tie ups(hotel and inns)
Hopefully you'll look into this and try to improve your service again like before
