[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — about amount of 2970 rs. that oyo eaten itself.

I have booking earlier that booking id vkqn3527 that was cancelled by oyo it self and said that i have paid amount 2950 rs is not refundable it can be adjusted in new booking so that i agree and i made new booking and its id is odzw8069 and its price was 2970 rs and i paid 20 rs for it. And amont adjusted. Then my plan changed so i cancelled booking. Then i called oyo they are saying that now we can't adjust and can't refund. If they cancel hotel then they can adjust money now my plan changed then they can't adjust. Totally worse experience and i am wizard member.. Didn't expect this from oyo. Kindly help.

Updated by darshan2205 You can see that my 2950 Rs. that adjusted and and 20 rs of my UPI payment.Total loss of 2970 RS.
