0n 13 th october i enqired about hotels in udaipur through oyo and made payment of inr 3304 against two family room booking in hotel otbit udaipur 10243. Booking was confirmed on 15 th of october with reference no orud [protected]. But on 27th morning at 8.00am when we went there orbit people at reception told that there was no booking on my name. We were helpless with amy 75 years mother and two children. They refused to have any booking as they told they have not received any payment on this booking. I had to face tremendous trou ble in an unknown city. I want proper justice and my refund of my money which i paid against advance. Or i will go to consumer court to lodge a complain. I have a bitter experience with oyo.
