So i will start from my booking day to the end. I wanted to stay for two nights in vadodara so i booked a room in oyo hotel named as siddharth annex. On sama savli road but i wanted to chwck in earlier morning at 6’o clock but they refused to give me an early check in so i cancelled that booking and then i called booked with your this oyo in which i stayed for like one day nd one night which named as hotel aum regency for which i confirmed with your oyo assistance that i will be given free early check in or not and they told me that we had confirm with the hotel and tou will be given a free early check in thats why i booked this room with this hotel which is also on sama savli road. When i checked in early in the morning on 10th december a receptionist told me that you have to pay 600 inr as a early check in charge. I was ammused like i galk to your one of oyo assist and they told me that early check in is free thats why i booked the room and now this hotel guy is asking me 600 inr for early check in. So on that momemt i called to oyo assistance again and a guy named as nikhil talked to me and also with the hotel member and he told me to pay 200 inra as per early chwck in charge but hotel member has charged me 600 inr so i again called to oyo assistance for the credit of my extra 400 inr which i paid for early check in but still i didn’t get any money back and the room was totally horrible. There was no hot water in the washroom. The washroom and room smells too bad. The bed sheet was already blooded and not changed. It was so horrible experience with oyo. I am sure you will understand my problem and do something better for your customer experience. I will still wait for my credit money. I will rate this stay as 0 and will surely say everyone to do not booked with this hotel.
