[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Adding their own rules. Violating rules.

Hotel maharani prime, sindhi camp, jaipur
I booked a room from oyo and reached the hotel for checking-in.
The receptionist denied my request for a room as his concern was that i should be atleast 18 to use their rooms. They're adding their own categories.
As the terms & conditions of oyo didn't mentioned this.
The hotel is voilating rules.
Please take a strong action so they won't do this again with anyone else.
