Dear all my travel agent i am agent in indore i have made hotel booking with oyo but due to some reason i have to cancell the booking the oyo concern team told me that your refund will refunded to your bank account in minimum 7 days to maximum 14 days but it has gone pass 21 days and even then no person in oyo response me proper as my suggestion is to book the rooms from b2b portal of other company
