[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — amount paid but property denying a confirm room

We have booked oyo silver pearl beach resort at neil island for dec 22. This booking was made more than a month ago. On contacting the property for confirmation they deny saying that they have a dispute going on with oyo and there is no confirmation regarding our booking. On calling oyo regarding this issue the call gets transferred to senior management but they put on hold and there is no solution being provided.
