Yesterday (I. E 10/4/2019) i have booked the oyo-hotel (Maple-tree) through redbus. By mistake, i done the hotel where couples are not allowed. I was with my cousin. I spoke to the oyo customer care, he booked a new room in near by location. Before check-in i verified that will i get refund. Customer care person said yes you will get your amount refund, know you have to pay the amount for new booking. I beileved them as i was using this app past 1 year for my family and freinds. So i paid the bill. Then after checkout i called to oyo helpline, know they are telling to call thrid party services (Goibibo). I am just fed up with this guys. I was planned to book couple of rooms for my colleagues for a festival. But know i am very disappointed by this people.
