I don't know why taking this much of time to refund the amount.
This is the worst part of it.. cancelled automatically though I have not cancelled it from the app .I have asked in this forum for refund .And it says cancelled but refund is 0.
Please let me know what to do next.

Now the customer care guys says I have not paid on that is why my booking is cancelled and I will not get refund I am attaching the screenshot.

Her is my concern.
I have booked a hotel today for one day which redicted payment of 1968 to upi I'd and it paid. Then I selected the paid option in oyo app and it took me to the page where waiting for payment for unlimited time. Then I had a chat with chat support where they kept me in hold for atleast 15 mins without response. I have shared theme my transaction I'd as well. Then I called the customer care where I am not getting option to support guys as the booking was not confirmed then they are asking for my number and the last 4 digits of my booking . I have given my number and the last four digits of the booking now the interesting part is there are connecting to the booking department and the guys are telling me to connect to service desk .. this is going round and round.
.I need refund immediately . These frustrating app I will never use.
