Hi,
I have paid 25% advance for this package for more than a month and i am yet to get any hotel details or air tickets. I have been following up calling and sending mail reminders also but there is no response. I am highly disappointed with this kind of response and seek immediate refund of advance paid. Every time i call either there is no response or i keep getting false assurance that i will get response on priority.

Updated by Nikhil Wangnoo What kind of customer care it is which will take several days to respond on complaint raised. Highly disappointed I would not have chosen Oyo if this is the level of service expected
