Booking id flra9756.
I have booked oyo6116 for 2 days for which charges paid rs. 2098 online.
I got msg & email regarding confirmation of booking. But after that i checked in oyo mobile app showing the same booking has been cancelled. I have called ur customer care number to rebook and not to initiate refund process.
Now i got a message that only 50percent amount will be refunded into my account. I have not made any cancellation nor modify in my booking. I want my 100 percent refund.
