I have very bad experience with OYO, misbehave by OYO staff with my family on poor service very fathetic room conditions, no gyger, no curtains on windows, no privacy, only one ac remote for 3 air conditioner, no ground support or attended at residents property, escalated to cluster head given me written communication on 100% refund but not they changed their statements and stuck on 20% refund because of staff misbehave, very poor services not acceptable. All profs available on request.

Just do know why they are in hospitality business. Wardrobe was infested with termites, level of room service was zero, Geyser was malfunctioning, bathrooms were dirty.
