Have stayed at your property, oyo11719, hotel sierra, kodaikanal. Booking id was zdia6590. Checked in on 26.12.18 evening and checked out on 27.12.18. Room no. Was 301. I have paid the payment by cash at reception. But it is showing 'no show" customer by the property manager.
I have photo clips of room, room no., breakfast bill. E. T. C. At this property which can be provided on demand.
Property manager purposefully showing 'no show', as there was serious lapses in service, and they are fearing to admit our stay. (Lapses in service was-no hotwater, breakfast not on time, no bath towels, unclean rooms and more important, unsafe for a family accomodation)
We had suffered mentally as well as financial loss., as we lost prime time of our vaccation.
