Oyo rooms has one of the worst customer service portals of any company i have interacted with. I booked an oyo room for my parents who were traveling to goa. They did not relay the booking to the hotel even though i got the confirmation. At the hotel, they told us they could not reserve the room for us and made us pay again for an in-house booking since no confirmation showed up at their end. After all of this, oyo transferred our customer service call no less than 4 times and no one picked up after the call was transferred. It's been 45 minutes and i still haven't been able to reach anyone. They refuse to waive the cancellation fee of one night. Never book oyo! This is my second experience like this.
