I have made one booking through OYO portal, booking reference no: ZEFR8493, OYO 3783, Bhavani palace dated 05.12.2018.
The booking I have made for 2 night stays (i.e. from 06.12.2018 to 08.12.2018 morning).
The rating and promotions which were given to said hotel from OYO side was awesome.
When I have reached the hotel on 06.12.2018 evening to take the hotel, it was observed that the hotel was situated in one Galli type location. I have requested hotel people that the GST bill has to put on my company name. The hotel people informed that they cant share the bill to customer, rather they will share the invoice to OYO only.
After the discussion with hotel officials, they have arranged one room for me. It was observed that the construction of said hotel was not completed, the works was still under progress. As per the image which was uploaded on portal, it was confirmed that the hotel was completed its work and in fully functional condition.
I was the only guest available on the room which they have arranged me 2nd floor. The remaining rooms was under construction phase only. I have enquired the hotel people for the facility to obtain any cab from the hotel. They have told that its difficult from their end to arrange the same. If I need to get any cab, I need to walk outside for few kilometre to get the same. Since I don't have any alternative, I am forced to stay on said hotel on 06.12.2018 night stay.
By the time another embarrassing experience also happened. The workers who were doing the construction work, made the sound disturbance through out the night. At that time itself, I have made the call to OYO over phone and sought to the solution. The OYO executive also experience the construction sound over phone. It was assured me to provide the solution on the next working day.
I have booked to 07.12.2018 night stay also. Since I had experienced a pathetic night sleep, I wish to cancel the booking and contacted OYO executive on 07.12.2018 morning also. They have lagged the call and not provided any solution. Rather advise to make the entire payment and leave the hotel. I have vacated from said hotel on 07.12.2018 itself, after making the payment for entire 2 night stay (which I didn't complete).
I don't have any issue in stay back for 07.12.2018 stay on same hotel, if I don't have any said bitter experience. Because of above issues, I am forced to cancel the 2nd booking.
The complaint further made with OYO officials on various days. They have assured me to provide the GST invoice for 1 night stay and assured to make the refund of 1 night, which I didn't stay at the hotel.
Even after making continuous follow up with OYO, no proper resolution is not obtaining.
I have share my company name and GST to OYO officials to obtain the invoice for one night. In order to obtain the reimbursement from our finance team, the invoice has to submit. Because of said action from OYO, now I am facing financial loss also.
Requesting to kindly resolve the said issue on priority basis.
