I had booked oyo hotel on 25th may night 7:30 for 26 th and 27th may for mumbai oyo bkc grand.
My booking id was zwln5063.
I paid 3508 instatnly.
But due to personal reasons i had to cancel booking after 15 hours of my booking time i. E. At 9:23 am on 26th morning.
This was way ahead the check in time of 12 noon.
I was told rs 3508 will be refunded. But instead 1800 is cut and i will get rest.. Is what sms which i received from oyo mentions.
On phoning back, i was told that since cancellation was not before 24 hours of check in it can not be fully refunded.
My point was booking itself was not before 24 hours so obviously cancellation can not be before 24 hours. Hence i should get refund.
He said, he will check the audio conversation and cal back. Nobody has called back.
I should get full refund due to reason stated early.
I am your regular customer.
