I booked this facility for jan 5, 6th. Went with in-laws & parents (Above 60 yrs age). Jan 5th evening after checkin i checked with manager & owner about hot water next day, as we planned to leave early by 7. They confirmed no problem as its available 24 hour.
My mother got up at 5:30am jan 6th, no hot water. She informs me. I complained to some care taker. He says he will contact owner. Owner comes at 6am, says in 10 min we will get hot water. Till 7:15 nothing. I called oyo ~ 7:30 jan 6th. They said they will resolve the issue. Nothing till 8am. I call oyo again, saying i want refund. They call owner to confirm, he lies. So they do conference with me & owner, finally owner agrees that he could not provide hot water.
~ 8:30am jan 6th oyo customer care guy shubham calls and tells oyo will provide refund.
Till jan 10th no refund. So i call oyo, they forward request to ground team. Ground team replies in email, no refund.
