Actually i have booked two rooms with this "LDRG7612" ID but when i reached hotel they said it is over booked by OYO and they have refused to give rooms, I called up OYO customer care and they helped me to book another hotel...
I need to understand why are you charging cancellation from me when the booking has been cancelled from you side and i have been troubled by going here and there to search the hotel ...
rather i have given a hotel which was more than seven km far from the booked one... it was a trouble for me and even then oyo is charging cancellation fee from me... I could not understand and have complaint regarding this...
