It was very disgusting to share my experience:
I booked OYO room for 2nd October, 2021 2 classic rooms for 6 guests at Hotel pearl 42, Chandigarh. When I reached there around 1: 30 p.m. room was not ready and it was asked that room will be ready by 3 o’clock while my check in time was 12:00 O’Clock. Room which was shown to us, it was very dirty, small room and smelling badly. In that room extra bed can’t be accommodated while i paid for 2 extra beds for 2 rooms. I cancelled that room as instructed by hotel manager. I paid Rs 2868 for 2 classic rooms which was cancelled on the same day i.e 2nd October, 21. I request refund for that amount but till now there is no response.
It was really very upsetting situation for me that OYO are doing such cheating business. They are not fulfilling their commitment. Due to your false commitment I waste my whole day i.e 2nd October, 21. Was this information helpful? |
