[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — cancellation of rooms in the last minute

We had booked a hotel oyo8100 for two nights stay in jaiselmer 27 dec to 29 dec. We got a call in the last min saying that the hotel is under renovation and we have to change our hotel and provided with not equivalent hotels. When we checked with the hotel, we got to know that they are not renovating. The experience with oyo is not been good. I would not recommend oyo for any booking.

I had booked room in hotel jaipur heritage but on arrival the reception said no room, on speaking to customer care they shifted the room to hotel opal, but there also same story. Dint get room.
