[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — cancelled my package but payment is not refund

Dear Sir,

As per complaint against the OYO Rooms booking my family 7 night & 8 days for dated 22-04-18 to 02-05-18 but unfortunately my family problems I have been canceled the tour dated 28.03.18 before 15 days as per oyo booking rules and OYO customer care executive talk me payment release maximum 15 days but till date more than 28 days my payment is not refunded for OYO Rooms Company.
