I hava a meeting in mumbai on 5th of december and i have booked a room from oyo on 30th december.on 4th of december oyo executive called me and said me that due to maintaining issue we are not providing the same property and we are giving another property which he lied me about the terrif and location and duration time to reach my meeting destination.i called on oyo customer care number and he said me to wait he will discuss with his team and kept me waiting for 50 mins and then cut the line.now i am not able to dial on customer care number.now if i will book from another site i will cost me double due to sort of time.if oyo people cant handle the customer they should not give fake commintment...my brother has booked a 4 rooms for goa for march from oyo which is i am going to cancel today only..such a fraud company
