I had booked a package to singapore/malaysia with oyo holidays. But since my dates were not confirmed and i was suggested by the concerned agent of oyo holidays to pay rs.5000/- and once the dates are confirmed, then to pay the rest of the amount. I went ahead and paid rs.5000/- and i got a payment confirmation mail from the agent's mail id as well with the booking id.
The travel agent had assured by mail, that he will arrange for the refund of rs.5000/- if i cancel my travel plans.
It so happened i could not travel and i requested the agent to refund the amount.
But now the travel agent is not responding to calls or emails.
I called up customer care of oyo holidays and i provided the booking id for my travel, but the customer care of oyo holidays suggested that the booking id does not exist in their system.
All the communication has happened from the oyorooms official email id of the agent.
I don't recommend oyo holidays to anybody in the future. Was this information helpful? |
