I have book a room by seeing free sunrise check-in but the hotel person and your customer service executive is saying that i have to pay 30 %for sunrise check-in already i have don't with payment on oyo. The hotel name oyo 5012 lake view residency. Powai mumbai. Date 18 -19 (Jan) 18. My registered phone number is [protected] i have booked by seeing free so i want it free and it effecting your brand equity. This is totally wrong be on your commitment this is fraud and a bad impression of your company so it's my humble request do the needful.

But u have written there I have screen shorts of that why u give such commitment when u cannot complete it I want sunrise check-in anyhow because it's was your commitment.
