This has been the worst ever experience... They provided us a cell in the name of a deluxe room. The bathroom was so small u can't even move. It was dirty. Moreover construction was going on in the hotel which made the place dirty and unsafe. Added to it the geyser and ac is controlled by the reception and even after repeated request they didn't provide us warm waterfor two days and strangely provided us with it on the morning we were leaving. They even try to cheat you in the name of tours by asking for unreasonable prices. Oyo should confirm if constructions are going on and if guests fall in any problem. This wasn't expected from oyo.
