Sub: Complaint against hotel booking (SPOT Surya Palace, Jaipur) and refund advance deposit.
Dear sir/ ma'am
With due respect we would like to
inform you that we have booked 4 rooms for 8 guest through Oyo app (20th Sep 21). When we reached hotel they denied to give any kind of services. They told us there is no any room and continuesly miss guiding and falls fiction regarding availability of rooms. We show them our advance paid details but property manager not ready to talk with us. Property manager's irresponsible behaviour is very bad. Still we are facing problems and mentally harrassed.
We have talked 10 to 15 times with Oyo customer care service, tell them all our concern but no positive response.
Now we request you to kindly refund advance deposit money and take serious action against the hotel (SPOT ON 74760 Hotel Surya Palace, Jaipur).
