[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — complaint against oyo 12805 sunrise house

I booked 2 rooms for 3 days (11, 12, 13 dec 2018) in oyo 12805 sunrise house hotel through website by seeing the very good rating displated at the website. But when i came here the rooms are ugly, no matching between the photos in the website and the actual rooms. Rooms are full of mosquito, no greejer. From around 4' o'clock in the morning there is no power. It's sweating with the blanket. If i remove the blanket mosquitoes are screwing me. Now the time is 05:30 am still there is no power. I don't know how oyo maintaining this hotel. Oyo failed keep their promise to the customer.in fact i complained the same to oyo customer care in last night only. The customer care executive told me that they are going to connect the property manager andhold my call for 20 minutes and disconnected the call without any response. Oyo customer care also failed to resolve my issue... I will reach out the consumer forum on this...
