I am a regular costumer of oyo since long.
I have made an oyo booking on 11 january 2019 in night for hotel shorya regency shimla for classic (2x) rooms with oyo id 22750, with booking ofac2681 with check in date of 12th jan 2019 and check out date of 13th jan 2019 and on the name of sompal singh, with the payment mode of pay at hotel for reference please see the trailing mail but when i reached near the hotel location around 1215pm and contacted the hotel then the hotel staff simply denied that no such booking received from oyo rooms on the same name (Sompal singh). After that on contacting oyo helpline they told me that the booking is confirmed from their side. When i reached the hotel then hotel manager denied to give us the rooms & also miss behaved with me. I also informed the same to team oyo on oyo help line number also but till date no any call received from team oyo. I was on road approx. 3 hour along with my family members. After that i booked another hotel which was hotel kapital but no confirmation was given to me for that hotel till 4pm. After that i return back to delhi with my family without complete our tour.
It was totally cheated & harassed by concerned. I was very shocked because no any support provided to me by team oyo also.
You are requested to please take the necessary action against this hotel & inform to me also or suggest to me for action so that i can take the advice for further legal action against hotel & team oyo.
