This is with the reference to the caption subject as i have booked a room from 30th of march to 1st of april in hotel pratham through your app.. And male payment of rs. 6660 on same day.. Then i received the confirmation mail also from your side..
Now my guest reaches at the hotel they told him there is no room available in this hotel.. And they are going to shift them to another hotel which name is itz me cottage ooty.. As per the oyo app the terrif of rs.2472.. Of this hotel.. Around 10 to 15 time i called at your no.. But no body connect me to your complaint dept. As well as no senior person contact to solve this problem..
Now confirm the refund of rest payment... Which is around rs. 4188...
