Booking id mqdk9604. I have booked a room in hotel divine inn. When i went to reception on arriving, they were busy in their own discussions and on phone.. After 20 minutes i was given the room. There was no electricity in the room. The room was stinking badly with the smell of smoke.. I have been a regular customer of oyo but now i would prefer some other means rather than choosing oyo.. I cancelled that booking and moved to other oyo nearby.. But i was the one who faced monitory loss. Poor and very sad state. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

We check.
During booking on to rooms they show the AC is available. But after booking when we reach there. He told me that no AC room available.
I asked I booked room thorough AC but he asked me all the things available but AC is not.
I wasted my 700
