With deep regret, i inform you that i was on a business trip to chandigarh and i had booked two classic rooms for me and my coleagues. On reaching the hotel at 11:45 pm, i was shown two dingy and smelly rooms in the basement with no ventilation at all. One of my coleagues who is suffering from heart ailment felt uneasy on entering the room.
I requested the hotel staff to provide me some better rooms for the stay but they declined to help me out and told me that i will have to take up the matter with your portal. Despite repeated calls to your oyo captain there was no response and i was constraint to look for accomodation in some other hotel. I have been inconvenienced because of the unresponsive and non cooperative behaviour of the oyo captain. I, therefore, request you to refund my tariff immediately or i will be forced to have recourse to legal proceedings entirely at your risk and cost.
