[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — complimentary breakfast and poor service of hotel

We have booked hotel pulkeshi in banglore. This hotel doesn't have any kitchen and moreover doesn't provide any complimentary for first 2 days. And on 4th day provided very poor quality and cold breakfast. Service is very poor as we have to call minimum 20 times for one thing. Pathetic. Even we ordered tea and they have not given. They are charging double. Why such disgusting hotel are registered in oyo. Their hospitality is zero. If possible i would give it negative rating.
