Hi,
I wanted to bring up a couple of issues I’ve experienced during my stay at your OYO motel in Decatur, GA (I-20 E).
First, when I asked the front desk for a roll of tissue, I was told I couldn’t have one because I had already been given one for the day. That’s simply not true—I hadn’t requested or received tissue in the last 24 hours. The way this was handled felt dismissive and unfair.
Second, I’ve had repeated problems with towel availability. Even though the sign says towels are ready at 11 a.m., I’ve often been told they’re not available. Additionally, I’ve been repeatedly questioned about whether I’ve returned used towels to the bin—something I already did before asking for fresh towels and washcloths. This back-and-forth has been frustrating and unnecessary.
I hope you’ll take these concerns seriously and address them. Guests should feel respected and receive the basic amenities promised.
