At oyo my booking id: aycq3485
I called at hotel for booking confirmation and they denied the booking by saying - "we do not confirm oyo booking now days and we do not have partnership".
I called oyo customer care - sneha was assisting me, i describe my whole case and to resolve it. She mentioned that - we need to shift you to another hotel and cancelled the existing hotel booking (Suite room 400 sq feet area with bathtub) without my confirmation and initiated my refund and booked the new hotel booking id- htls7308 (Small classic room 100 sq feet) without confirming me the hotel fare (Which is higher then my existing booking)
She took the decision herself only. I have my call recordings.
And then any your senior male person called me (No- [protected]) and said - "sir your query was that you were not getting refund, so we glad to inform that refund has been initiated and will be credited shortly" and i received the below mail from oyo regarding refund issue, which was never my problem.
This is the total miss-interpretation doing by oyo to a customer and finding way to cover their mistake and not providing solutions.

As my booking is of 8 to 10 december.
Should I expect resolution on faster mode.
Or shall I proceed booking with some other online portals.
