[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — confirmed booking not accepted by hotel booking id nqej4563 oyo 12521 hotel shahu and sai shahu

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that on 1st nov 2018 you had confirmed my booking on receipt of rs.2754/-
(A) 1st classic (2x) room at oyo 12521 hotel shahu and sai shahu
(B) gut no. 4 sinnar, nashik
(C) land mark:-sinnar bus stand
(D) check in 1st feb 2019 and check out 3rd feb 2019
Today when i had a talk to the said hotel (Reception mobile no.[protected]), they told me that they will not allow me to stay against the booking as there are lot of pending issue with oyo authority in regard to payment, so they will not accept the booking as communicated to me by you on 01/11/2018
Please look into the matter and send your reply immediately
