We had booked for two days at oyo townhouse 013 from 18th to 20th nov. Never had we expected that our stay there would be the worst experience ever. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were asked to fill in details of each family member in the register. They made everybody submit their id and address proof. Even at a 5 star hotel they wouldn't as so many details especially when you have come with a family with an infant. Finally after making us wait for a long time we were given the keys to the room. As soon as we entered the room we were greeted by dirty sheets on the bed and dirty room. There was not even a bathroom mat and not even the most basic amenity such as water. The room was not cleaned properly and looked dirty. Tv remotes were not to be found. We were even worried about letting our baby on the bed due to compromised hygiene. When we asked for room service to change the rooms or refund our money, they took forever to give us a solution. We eventually walked up to reception and complained about the rooms and they told us that they couldnt refund the money and that they would give us another room. After a lot of delay we were given other rooms which to our expectation was equally horrible. Since it was late and we had a little baby along with us, we ended up staying in the room. And yeah the sad saga continues the following day when we went for the so called complimentary breakfast. First of all it was a dimly lit garage sort place under ground which was dirty and barely any neat place to sit. And as far as the breakfast options there was nothing that was good enough. All the food items were fallen here and there.. No spoons.. No tissues.. And no service. When we asked for hand wash we were guided to go to another floor and there were not even tissues provided. Service staff wouldn't even bother responding to you. Even if they do it will be probably after hours of delay. This is probably the worst experience ever. These we are very much disappointed and would want a refund of entire amount ie rs. 17118.00 as it was a deceptive deal. We were not offered what they promised as per their deal/amenities in the site.
