I had booked a room at 09:08 am in the morning through customer care and cancel the same through customer care before because of an injury due to in my leg due to heavy rainfall at Nashik railway station and unable to travel towards the booking hotel.
I called oyo customer care for more than 30 times and everytime they cut the call during the communication. I have all the recordings with me to present to whom it may concern.
I have paid ₹ 1517 at the time of booking and now i want my refund for the same as soon as possible
