[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — denied check in at hotel even after advance payment to oyo/ no refund of that money till date

I have booked oyo 29000 from 05.10.2019 to 08.10.2019 and have made a online payment of rs 2250 including breakfast. I went to the property at 1 o clock (Pm) yesterday, where we were denied checkin citing the reason that oyo has not cleared their outstanding payment. After that we spoke to one oyo representative, who changed the booking to some other oyo by name vamsi krishna. Mr. Ankur mallick, the oyo representative took the call on conference with the new property and explained that the he is transferring me to his oyo and no other charges should be taken from me. Upon reaching the new oyo, they asked for additional 13 k. We again contacted to another oyo representative and explained the matter. But no resolution. Afternoon we spoke to 15 oyo representatives but no resolution.in the evening without taking our permission or approval a 3rd oyo was booking. From yesterday we have been moving from one oyo lobby to another hotel lobby, till now no resolution. Now you are saying that my booking has been cancelled and you cant get me another hotel. I have not cancelled the booking and if some oyo representative has done it why should i pay the price and why should i suffer.
