Please escalate this matter to highest authority, as its been a week and I have called your service center atleast 10 times but still no proper solution is provided.
Sequence of the events.
1) At first I was denied for check-in even when I paid the entire amount online on the ground that I've paid online. The staff was sleeping and they didn't let me check in, their behavior was totally unprofessional. The staff was fighting with rods in their hands with other guests who were also denied check in. They were goons not staff.
2)Then I cancelled booking and the hotel guy told me that I'll receive my money within 2 days.
3) Now when I contacted Oyo, they told me that because I suffered, they will definitely help me but whenever I call them they put my call on hold, tell me that they will call you back after 2 hours and boom no call from their side. They kept my call on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes and then disconnected.I have all the recordings.
4) They put my call on hold for hours and then they disconnect I've tried contacting them 20–30 times.
Please escalate this matter to highest authority, as its been a month and I have called your service center atleast 20 times but still no proper solution is provided.
Venue of the hotel is *Hotel arya, naya gaon, Chandigarh * . Please don't make booking to this hotel. It's worst hotel anyone can ever book. Was this information helpful? |
