[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — denied check in oyo 4889 hotel moon 2 in nainital

I had a booking id pqij7913 in hotel moon premium but they denied the check-in just because one of our id was from haldwani. But as i remember that oyo mentioned that id should be different than nainital city. So even having both id's out of nainital city they denied us to check in. They also don't know how to treat a customer. They also had a problem with my booking tariff as it was low. As far as i know that if i've made a booking then they don't have any right to question my booking tariff as it was a successful booking even though the booking was made through another portal. I sincerely ask oyo to take action against the hotel as this was not at all fair i think. Till now i thought that oyo hotels are very good but this event has made me to think again for my future bookings
