[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — denied room because of the online payment

I booked an oyo room at 3am on 23rd feb in pondicherry, opposite to auroville bus stop, villa triomphe with booking id, jbxf0289 and paid through online. But when i reached there the receptionist denied the room because i paid it online and he asked me to cancel it and book a new one by paying cash in hand. I didn't have an option as it was too late so i was forced to book a room again by paying him in hand with booking id fjrm6938 and the details about the check in and check out was not updated. And in the morning when i checked out i asked for the balance and he told me that it would be taken for cleaning charge. I'm a person who use your oyo facility whenever i'm traveling and i had a satisfaction in your services. If the customers have to pay for cleaning, you should mention it during booking.
