[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — denied room by hotel, oyo claims 100% controlled

Booking id kfux8213. The hotel owner denied my booking at the last moment saying the oyo tariff is low, and oyo claims it has -100% control. Moreover it was a winter night on a hill station. I was stranded with my family on the highway including my senior citizen parents. What was supposed to be a relaxing trip turned on to be troublesome venture. It has been 45 days now and there is no refund from oyo whatsoever. The customer service is useless. Every time i call them, they say they have initiated the refund now, wait for 7-14 days. There have been many similar complaints against oyo. Definitely will not recommended this to oyo. Will post this on social media so that others are not fooled like us.

I haven't received the GST invoice against booking id IKVB6751. I had checked out from the hotel on19/02/2019 and till date haven't received the invoice. The customer support is just keen on registering a complaint but haven't got any results yet.
