[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — denied to give room after booking room one month back

Address: Railway station road ujjain, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh

After booking confirmation via messages and call they (Hotel park palace ujjain) deny to provide the one month ago booked room to my mother and father late night at 12am hapardzardly they had checked in other hotel in mid night. My parent was travelled from raipur to ujjain. Hotel said that they have already inform to oyo. They have cheated us and my parent were suffeted a lot
