It has been 3 months since i have checked out from oyo living premises (Id - ftlp0156) in pune narayan nagar, still no reply on deposit return.
Every time you call to their customer service, it ends up by saying that they have escalated the matter to higher authority, but where and on which planet this higher authority resides, we don't know.
As per agreement of oyo living, deposit has to be returned within 15 days of checkout, but from 15th day uptil now, i have been continuously calling and mailing the customer service, no damn reply.
After such a pathetic service, i recommend not to use oyo living in future and especially if we want to save any deposit amount from being robbed. Was this information helpful? |
