[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Despite Full advance payment Check in denied by hotel and Cancellation charge deducted by OYO unethically

This type of behaviour by your company is unpleasantly surprising. This i did not expect from a professional organisation. Kindly explain my fault for which cancellation charge has been deducted.. I once again reiterate my position...
1. On 02.10.2021 when we were on the way to Vrindavan ( after travelling by train for around 1000 km), I booked the hotel (5 rooms for 11 adults and 4 children)through your APP and did full advance payment by my debit card.
2. When we reached Vrindavan around 11.00 AM, the GPS location of hotel was not correct. It took us around 45 minutes to find hotel.
**Till now whatever happened was tolerable**
3. When we reached hotel reception, the manager told us that we will not give you rooms. We argued that but we have made full advance payment. He replied this is not my fault, you go and talk to OYO, do whatever you can but we will not give you room.
4. After that we requested the manager many times that we have 4 children with us who are standing on the road hunger, they didn't yield.
5. After that we also tried to contact OYO but found no help.
6. Since I was not able to charge my phone, battery became very low. After all our efforts with no result we moved on and looked for other hotels.
7. Due to heavy rush on 2 October, we found another hotel around 4.00 PM, till then we all along with 4 children were hungry.
8. When we settled in our other hotel ( not through OYO), I got message of amount deduction for cancellation.

Since then I have tried to tell OYO the issue, they are not taking any action.

I want my whole amount back, with serious apology from your side along with removing that hotel from your platform.

I have voice recordings of hotel owners.

I once again humbly request you take appropriate action, otherwise I will take other options.

I know I am very small as compared to your multi billion company, but will urge you to not harass and cheat a common man.
