This complain is regarding the ill manner of hotel manager oyo 8664 hotel 1st choice and hotel amenties given. I feel unsafe there.
First hotel manager denied for checkin if you will do the payment online. When i asked for early check in hotel manager was not ready to update the same checkin in oyo app. He wants money for his pocket.
When i forced him to checkin the same in app he said aap dusra hotel dekho.
When i was going back to another hotel manager has taken the luggage and said pahlay 900 rs do cash or fr apna luggage lo. I felt unsafe there.
Then i checkin the room what i found was stinky and used washroom.. Torned towels and yellow bedsheet..
I checked out from the hotel in the same day itself at 6:00pm after paying him 900 but hotel manager has not updated the same in oyo app that the checkout done at 6:00pm
I had already paid for the breakfast through oyo app which was not provided to me.
Pl find attached towel photo which was provided by the hotel.
Everything was dirty there from hotel manager, room, room amenties provided, location. I cant understaand why oyo is branding these type of hotels.. These hotels are completely unsafe for every customers.. Pl look into this.
