[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — extra amount charged

First of all rooms not provided as per the pictures displayed. It was in poor condition. Second thing door lock was damaged and then we're asking us to repay the amount. Wow, that's great within few hours hotel reception guys said you will pay the amount. They are keeping rooms in poor condition, they don't know how to talk. When you asked them to help they are saying, we have no resources you can do whatever you want.

Is this kind of service we expect from oyo. I don't know why we extra amount is charged... Whole 2 days experience is pathetic.
